BuildPress provides web development, design, and digital consulting services including:

• Custom web application development
• Frontend and backend engineering
• CMS and e-commerce solutions
• Technical consulting and support
• Website maintenance and updates

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use our services for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to compromise system security
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Pay for services in a timely manner

Prohibited Activities:

• Unauthorized access to our systems
• Distribution of malware or harmful code
• Violation of applicable laws and regulations
• Interference with service delivery

Payment terms for BuildPress services are as follows:

• Payment terms specified in project proposals
• 50% deposit required for projects over $5,000
• Final payment due upon project completion
• Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest
• All prices quoted in USD unless otherwise specified

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide. By using our services, you grant us a license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing the services.

Our Content

All proprietary materials, including code, designs, and documentation developed by BuildPress, remain our property unless explicitly transferred to you in writing.

BuildPress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you to BuildPress for the services that gave rise to the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.
